The hotel was special, and clean, and the location was excellent and perfect to check if everything was available. The variety of choices for continental breakfast was good! The room was nicely decorated and faced the cathedral. Hard-working staff gave advice on things to do.

Magnificent location and overall the staff was genuinely friendly and excellent. It was also next to train station and the Cathedral, a lively city centre, and great restauraunts.
Their staff were bad tempered.

Coffee machine was broken. They used fancy bar machine but not enough coffee per cup and of course slow. One hopes that is unusual. The staff tried hard to be accommodating. It was close to Cathedral and train station.

the hotel is in a great location for visiting the cathedral. we enjoyed the buffet breakfast and appreciated being able to take advantage of the hotel parking.
we had booked a superior room - but it was very small and and impersonal. we could have been staying anywhere!

We really enjoyed our stay with our two teens. The clean rooms were comfy, and the location was perfect for visiting the fine Chartres Cathedral. We even caught the nice light show at night-an unexpected treat.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly meal options.

Comfortable Stay with Great Location
The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heat. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety, especially the local cheeses. Pro tip, make sure to try the nearby local snacks at the bar area!
